Name: Jordan Buckley Age: 21 Playing Experience: - Ages 4 to 13 locally in the Blue Mountains - Ages 14 to 18 in a Sydney Academy - Now...playing amateur football in the Blacktown region The Beginning Elevate Football Development was created in 2024 as I, Jordan Buckley, have always had a deep passion for football, and over the years, I've also discovered how much I enjoy teaching, coaching, and helping young people develop their own love for the game. With over 15 years of playing experience, I've picked up a wealth of knowledge not just about technical skills and tactics, but also about teamwork, discipline, and personal growth. Coaching felt like a natural incorporation. I saw an opportunity to combine what I’ve learned on the pitch with my desire to mentor and guide others. That’s why I started developing programs where young players can learn in a fun, supportive environment, programs that not only build football skills but also help build confidence, character, and long-term motivation. My goal is to pass on what I’ve learned to help the next generation reach their potential, both as players and as people.

Terms and conditions Elevate football Development terms and conditions This document has been created by Elevate Football Development Last edited on 18/11/2025 If you have any questions about this document, please contact Elevate Football Development at elevatefootballdevelopment@gmail.com 1.0 GENERAL TERMS 1.1 Agreement to Terms By enrolling your child in any Elevate Football Development program, you (on behalf of your child) agree to these Terms and Conditions in full and will ensure your child understands and complies with them. 1.2 Program Changes, Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances All programs are subject to change, cancellation, or rearrangement due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, unsafe weather, venue issues, insufficient enrolments, or factors beyond the control of Elevate Football Development. Where possible, an alternative session or rescheduled date will be offered. If a session cannot be rescheduled, Elevate Football Development will discuss appropriate compensation or credit options. Please note: some programs may have non-refundable or non-transferable enrolments as outlined in Section 4.0. 1.3 Media & Photography Elevate Football Development and approved sponsors reserve the right to use photographs or video taken of participants for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes, unless written notice opting out is provided before the program begins. 1.4 Conduct & Behaviour Elevate Football Development operates under a strict zero-tolerance policy for abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour. Any participant engaging in such behaviour may be removed from the session or program without refund at the discretion of Elevate Football Development. 1.5 Registration Information You agree that the information provided during registration will be securely stored in Elevate Football Development’s confidential database. 1.6 Personal Property Elevate Football Development is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Participants are responsible for securing their belongings. 1.7 Safety & Risk Awareness Your child must follow all safety instructions and may not act in any way that endangers themselves or others. You acknowledge there are inherent risks associated with participating in physical sporting activities. 1.8 Use of Names or Logos You agree not to publicly use, reproduce, or reference the names, images, brands, or logos of Elevate Football Development or its teams without prior written consent. Media contact relating to Elevate Football Development is prohibited unless authorised. 2.0 TERMS OF PARTICIPATION 2.1 Duty of Care Elevate Football Development will take reasonable steps to safeguard the welfare of all participants. 2.2 Attendance Responsibilities You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure your child attends all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions by choice, illness, or personal schedule conflicts are not eligible for reimbursement, credit, or makeup sessions unless otherwise stated. 2.3 Medical Treatment & Risk Acceptance You acknowledge the inherent risks of sport participation and agree to bear those risks. You grant permission for staff to: administer first aid, call emergency services, or arrange transport to a medical facility if necessary. You accept responsibility for any related medical expenses. Please disclose relevant medical conditions during registration 2.4 Liability & Release Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, you agree not to bring any claim against Elevate Football Development, its employees, volunteers, or hosting sponsors for injuries, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation. 2.5 Media Consent By participating, you consent to Elevate Football Development and sponsors using your child’s name, image, or voice in any media form including but not limited to: Social media platforms Websites Promotional material Print and broadcast media for marketing, advertising, and internal purposes. You may opt out in writing prior to the program start. 2.6 Copyright All photos, videos, sound recordings, and digital media created by Elevate Football Development remain the intellectual property of Elevate Football Development. 2.7 Privacy Elevate Football Development respects your privacy. Personal information is collected for the administration of programs, communication, safety, and other purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers or sponsors where legally required or necessary for program delivery. 2.8 Mandatory Information Providing accurate participant information is required for enrollment. Incomplete or false information may result in refusal of participation for safety reasons. 3.0 PAYMENT, FEES & CANCELLATION 3.1 Deposits & Fees For programs requiring a deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Remaining fees must be paid by the date specified upon enrolment. 3.2 Non-Cancellable Programs Certain programs (including 10-week term programs) are non-cancellable once registration is confirmed. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law. 3.3 Cancellation by Elevare Football Development If Elevate Football Development cancels a program entirely (not due to weather or rescheduling issues), participants will receive one of the following: credit toward a future program, or refund (minus any used portion or transaction fees). This will be communicated directly. 4.0 FINAL CONSENT & INDEMNITY 4.1 Release & Indemnity You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Elevate Football Development, its employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all injury, disability, death, property damage, or loss arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability Agreement Please read this agreement carefully before participating in any activity offered by Elevate Football Development. By signing below, you acknowledge that you fully understand and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions. If the participant is under 18 years of age, this agreement must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. 1. Nature of Activities I understand that I (or my child/ward) am voluntarily participating in programs, training sessions, camps, clinics, and other activities conducted by Elevate Football Development. These activities involve an assortment of physical movements and exertion associated with football/soccer. 2. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that participation in football/soccer and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, collisions, physical contact, equipment use, weather conditions, and risks of injury such as sprains, fractures, concussions, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation, including potential injury, illness, property damage, or other loss. 3. Release, Waiver & Indemnity In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Elevate Football Development, including its owners, coaches, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and volunteers, from any and all claims or liabilities arising from participation in the activities—whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify and defend Elevate Football Development against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) brought as a result of my or my child’s participation. 4. Physical Fitness & Health Disclosure I certify that I (or my child/ward) am in good physical condition and have no known medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to notify Elevate Football Development immediately of any changes in health status that may affect participation or require accommodations. 5. Consent to Medical Treatment In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize Elevate Football Development to arrange or provide necessary medical treatment, including emergency care, first aid, hospitalization, or medication. I understand that I am solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment. 6. Insurance Responsibility I acknowledge that Elevate Football Development does not provide personal accident or health insurance for participants. I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain and maintain adequate insurance coverage for myself or my child. 7. Compliance with Rules & Instructions I agree that I (or my child/ward) will follow all rules, instructions, safety guidelines, and codes of conduct set forth by Elevate Football Development, its coaches, or representatives. Failure to comply may result in removal from activities without refund. 8. Photography & Media Release (Optional but Recommended) I grant permission for Elevate Football Development to use photographs, videos, or other media of the participant for coaching, promotional, or educational purposes, without compensation. (Parents can opt out by notifying in writing.) 9. Acknowledgment of Understanding By signing below, I confirm that: I have carefully read this agreement. I understand the rights being waived. Philosophy My coaching philosophy is grounded in three core values: hard work, accountability, and leadership. I firmly believe that hard work is the foundation of both personal and athletic development. Regardless of natural ability, it is consistent effort, discipline, and a strong work ethic that ultimately lead to success. I encourage all players to bring their best to every training session and match, understanding that growth comes through dedication and persistence. Accountability is another key principle in my approach. I expect players to take responsibility for their actions, decisions, and performance, both on and off the pitch. By fostering a culture of honesty and self-reflection, players learn to own their development and contribute positively to the team environment. Lastly, I place a strong emphasis on leadership. I believe that every player has the capacity to lead, whether through their actions, communication, or attitude. My goal is to support the development of confident, respectful individuals who lead by example and inspire those around them. Through these core values, my coaching aims to not only improve technical and tactical ability but also to instill life skills that extend beyond the game.

U8/9s Summer Holiday Clinics Elevate Football Development will be running two single day clinics in January. The clinics are open to both male and female players. Participants from any club (or no club) are welcome. We have a limit of 15 participants per day.
